I’m Lisa, Wife and Mom to 3 kids, who depending on the day are great or sometimes no-so-great. Most things in our hours these days are cooked from scratch. Part of that is out of necessity, the other part is me just enjoying to cook and being Betty Crocker-like. The necessity part is due to the fact that wheat, soy, refined sugar, and food-dyes are no-go’s around here these days. Dairy, is also a no-go, but seems to make it’s way back in more frequently. Currently I have 3 separate notebooks filled with gluten free recipes that I have copied down. Might as well post them all up in one place for easy reference, right?
